Scalp Micropigmentation Refund Policy
1. Treatment Sessions
If you are unsatisfied with the results after a session, please contact us within 7 days. We offer a complimentary touch-up session to address any concerns.
Refunds for completed sessions are not provided, but we strive to ensure your satisfaction with additional touch-ups.
2. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.
3. Deposit Refunds
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate action.
